Who we are

This website, minurseriesfranchise.co.uk, is run by Educore Academy, which operates the Mi Nurseries franchise programme. Educore Academy is responsible for the personal details you give us here.

What we collect

When you register your interest, we collect what you type into the form:

• your name, phone number, email address and the area you would like to open in
• your early years and management experience, and that of any business partner you tell us about
• your plans: timing, premises, roughly how much you could invest, and whether you would like an investor introduction
• anything else you choose to tell us

We do not ask for, and you should not send, bank details or other financial account information.

Why we use it

We use your details to:

• reply to your enquiry and talk to you about a Mi Nurseries franchise
• check whether the franchise is a good fit, including the two-year nursery management requirement
• introduce you to a possible investor, but only if you ask us to on the form, and only after we have talked it through with you

We rely on the fact that you have asked us to contact you, and on our legitimate interest in assessing franchise enquiries. We never sell your details and never use them for unrelated marketing.

Who sees it

Only the Mi Nurseries franchise team and senior leadership. Your enquiry is stored on our secure web hosting and emailed to our team mailbox. Technology suppliers that host our website and email process it for us under contract. We share your details with an investor only if you have asked for an introduction and agreed to it.

How long we keep it

If your enquiry does not go ahead, we delete your details 12 months after we were last in contact. If you go on to become a franchise partner, we keep them for as long as the franchise agreement needs.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• see a copy of the details we hold about you
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete your details
• stop using them, or object to how we use them

Email hello@minurseries.co.uk and we will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your details, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, so we do not ask you to accept any.

One essential cookie is set only when a member of our team signs in to the staff area. It keeps them signed in and is deleted when they close the browser. Visitors to the public pages never receive it.

Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google to fetch them. Google may see your IP address when this happens, but no cookies are set.

Changes

If we change how we use your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
